How counselling can help

How counselling can help

We’ll look at both sides: the emotional side, such as stress, self-doubt and the pressure of other people’s expectations, and the practical side: your values, strengths, options and next steps.

Counselling helps you make decisions that feel right for you, not just what you think you should do.

What to expect

What sessions look like

Sessions combine talking through what’s going on with goal-setting and small steps between sessions. They’re available in person or online, so they can fit around work.

Questions

Frequently asked

It’s counselling with a practical focus. We work on the stress and feelings that come with work and life changes, and on setting goals to move forward.
If you have an approved WorkCover claim, see the WorkCover counselling page.
Sessions run until 7pm on Thursdays (online) and Fridays (in person or online).

Taking the first step is often the hardest. You don’t have to take it alone.
