My story
Why I do this work
I provide counselling to people from a diverse range of backgrounds and help them grow in ways that matter to them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, counselling can bring clarity and the motivation to move forward.
I’ve completed a Master’s degree at Excelsia College and speak fluent English and Korean. My counselling experience covers depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and complex trauma.
People often describe me as relational, non-judgemental and deeply empathetic. I also teach practical techniques to help you manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
How I work
What counselling with me is like
Relational
Counselling works best when you feel safe and understood. I take time to get to know you and what matters to you.
Practical
Alongside talking things through, you leave with skills you can use day to day to manage stress and emotions.
At your pace
You decide what to share and when. There’s no rush and no judgement, just steady steps forward.

Why ACA registration matters
I am a Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), a national peak body for counsellors and psychotherapists.
That means you can have peace of mind knowing I meet the education and practice standards for registration, take part in ongoing professional development and supervision, and am accountable to a professional code of ethics.

Sessions
Taking the first step is often the hardest. You don’t have to take it alone.
When you’re ready, send me a message and we can talk about where to start.
