Becoming a parent can bring joy, and also exhaustion, worry and big changes to your identity and relationships. You don’t have to have it all together. Counselling offers support through pregnancy, birth and the early years.

How counselling can help
Perinatal anxiety and depression are common and treatable. In counselling we make space for the hard feelings that often go unspoken, and work on practical ways to cope, rest and ask for support.
For families far from home, raising a baby without grandparents nearby or traditional postpartum care (산후조리) can be especially hard. I understand these cultural pressures and can work in Korean.

What sessions look like
Online sessions can be easier with a newborn. If you’d like to bring your baby to an in-person session, let me know and we’ll work out what suits you.
