How counselling can help

How counselling can help

I don’t take sides. My role is to help you both slow down, listen and understand what’s happening underneath the conflict.

Together we work on communication, repairing hurt, rebuilding trust and closeness, and finding solutions that work for both of you.

What to expect

What sessions look like

Most sessions are with you both together. Sometimes an individual session with each partner helps too. Sessions are available in person, online, and in English or Korean.

Couples counselling isn’t suitable where there is ongoing family or domestic violence. If you feel unsafe, contact 1800RESPECT (1800 737 732) or call 000 in an emergency.
